- Service information: details needed to support your systems when you are a client, such as support ticket history and device information.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Teks R Us may text you to answer questions about our services and products, handle support requests, schedule appointments, send service and account notices, and share related content such as job-site photos, product photos and quotes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run our business (for example, our phone, email and billing providers), who may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, clients or the public.
- As part of a merger or sale of our business, subject to this policy.
These sharing categories never include text messaging opt-in data or consent.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
